Service Agreement
By enrolling in our programs or partnering with us, you agree:
- To follow all rules, instructions, and guidelines shared by trainers or staff.
- That all registrations or service engagements are subject to availability and confirmation from our
team. - That you will provide accurate personal or business information during enrollment or onboarding.
Enrollment & Participation
- Admission to courses and sessions is only confirmed upon full payment and submission of required documentation.
- You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and participating actively.
- Pacific Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session with prior notice.
Fees and Payments
Fees Rules
- All course fees and service charges must be paid in full before the commencement of the program unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or lead to disqualification from ongoing or future sessions.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Pacific Training are non-refundable.
This applies to:
- Course fees
- Registration or application charges
- Corporate training retainers
- Any other services offered by Pacific Training
We strongly advise all individuals and organizations to evaluate their schedules, course details, and eligibility before making payments. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including:
- Non-attendance
- Dropout
- Scheduling conflicts
- Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery.
Code of Conduct
- Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of company policies may result in removal from the program without any refund.
- Respect for trainers, fellow participants, and support staff is expected at all times.
Legal & Administrative Policies
Intellectual Property
All training materials, session recordings, presentations, and course content provided by Pacific Training are proprietary. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written consent. Access to our content is for personal learning or internal organizational use only.
Certification
Certificates of completion or participation are issued only to those who meet minimum attendance and performance criteria. Pacific Training reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of misconduct or non-compliance.
Liability Disclaimer & Modifications
While we ensure the highest quality in training, Pacific Training is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use or application of knowledge gained through our programs. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or job placements.
Pacific Training reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email, in-person notices, or on our official communication channels.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
